- you obtained a quote on or after 1 May 2012 and commenced your policy from 1 May 2012, or
- your policy was due for renewal on or after 1 May 2012.
Read this Guide if:
- you obtained a quote between 6 August 2011 and 30 April 2012 and commenced your policy on or after 30 September 2011, or
- your policy was due for renewal between 19 November 2011 and 30 April 2012.
Read this Guide if:
- you obtained a quote between 6 August 2010 and 5 August 2011 and commenced your policy between 30 September 2011 and 30 April 2012.
