AAMI has training programs
that begin at entry level and continue through to senior management
level, which are supported by AAMI's in-house training team.
We are determined to ensure our products
and services continue to meet the needs of our customers.
Our aim is to help our people develop knowledge, skills and
behaviours to help them perform to their best at work.
New AAMI people are provided with immediate
on-the-job training in the skills they need for their work.
Training at AAMI occurs in a supportive environment where
individual needs are catered for and coaching is provided
to maximise success and effectiveness. Our investment in
training is significant.
