How long have you been with AAMI and what roles have you held?
"I've been with AAMI for six years. During that time, I've had about seven different roles. I started in the Customer Relations department and after 14 months, I moved to policy services. From there, I have held two customer-facing roles in two different branches, a supervisor role, a training role and now I'm moving to Brisbane to take up another supervisory position."
What has appealed most to you about AAMI in your time here?
"The support from my managers, the change of roles, the diversity - everything I've learned in the different environments. Also, my AAMI knowledge and drive has kept me in focus. I picked a path and I've stuck with it."
Have you worked for other organisations before AAMI?
"Yes, but I don't ever want to leave! If you work hard - you get rewarded. It's like you have different jobs because you go to different departments, so you are always learning something completely different - new aspects of the business."
