Your use of the RSS Service and of all information, data or material transmitted or received via the RSS Service (the "RSS Data") is governed by these terms of use. By using the RSS Service or any RSS Data, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. In addition to these terms of use, the terms of use for the AAMI website also apply to the RSS Service and all RSS Data.
See AAMI Website Terms.

2. Using the RSS Service and RSS Data
You are responsible for obtaining, installing and using a news aggregator or other software application which can access and process the RSS Data.

You must not link to or provide access to the RSS Service or any RSS Data feed or stream in a manner which does not enable the successful linking to the applicable AAMI Website.

You may reproduce, copy or disseminate, in whole or in part, any RSS Data, provided that:

  1. any reproduction, copy or dissemination of RSS Data clearly identifies AAMI as the source and copyright owner or licensee of such RSS Data; and

You must not:

  1. incorporate advertising into any RSS Data or use any RSS Data for the purpose of any advertisement or other promotional activity;
  2. insert any intermediate data, page, 'splash page', animation, graphics, or other content in any RSS Data feed or stream, or between any RSS Service link and the AAMI Website; or
