Telephone service
AAMI has worked to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of its customers, respond to their needs, innovate products and benefits that are valued by them and resolve their claims quickly, efficiently and courteously.

AAMI is admired for its excellent customer service. Half of AAMI customers (49 per cent) believe that AAMI's telephone service was better than most other call centres and 43 per cent consider it better than most other insurers.

Claims performance
Continuous independent monitoring of AAMI's claims' service shows that nearly 100 per cent of AAMI customers who have claimed on their car and home insurance say they will renew their policy with AAMI and recommend AAMI to their family and friends.

AAMI Customer Charter
AAMI's excellent customer service is underpinned by the AAMI Customer Charter,20 written promises to customers supported by financial penalties against AAMI for failure, an annual review process, annual reports and a dedicated office. This Charter is central to AAMI's success, with our fundamental purpose being to eliminate stress and provide peace of mind for our customers.
