Payment

You can obtain a quote and commence a Car, Motorcycle, Home, Landlord, Travel or NSW CTP policy using your payment card (we accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX) using the AAMI website’s secure payment online. AAMI also provides the option for you to choose our Pay By Account method which provides you with temporary cover until the account is paid, up to seven days. Pay By Account is available on Comprehensive car or Motorcycle, Third Party Property Damage car or Third Party Property Damage motorcycle, as well as each of our Home insurance policies.

If you have an existing notice, you can use the following payment options:
B-Pay
Pay for your motor or home insurance using your cheque or savings account. Quote AAMI’s biller code 57331 and your Reference Number (located next to the B-Pay logo on your payment notice).

Phone
To pay any of your AAMI insurance renewals just call 13 22 44, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll need your payment card details and renewal notice on hand when you call.

Post
Complete your renewal notice slip and post it, along with a cheque covering your premium, to GPO Box 5356, Sydney 1176.

In Person
If you live or work near a Australia Post Office or AAMI branch pop in and pay your insurance over the counter.

AAMI offers pay by the month insurance via direct debit from a Visa, Master Card and AMEX payment card or bank account. Pay by the month via direct debit from a payment card is also available for quotes created online. Please note that pay by the month is not available for AAMI CTP insurance.
