If your car or home has been damaged or burgled, or someone is claiming against you, call
13 22 44 immediately.
AAMI will take away the stress and hassle by managing everything for you.
AAMI International Travel Insurance
For
AAMI travel insurance policyholders, we provide 24-hour emergency medical and travel assistance.
Please call us at anytime on:
+61 2 8987 1674 if you are overseas (we accept reverse charges),
13 22 44 if you are in Australia.
If your baggage, personal effects or travel documents have been stolen or maliciously damaged you need to obtain a report
from the local police or government authority
within 24 hours of the event.
If these items were lost or damaged when in the care of your transportation provider, you need to obtain a report
from them
within 72 hours of the event.
If your property was lost or damaged in any other circumstances, you need to call us on
+61 2 8987 1674
within 24 hours
of the event.
When you call us we will provide you with a unique loss report number.
