Secure Online Payments

Click on the AAMI ePay logo below to make a secure Internet credit card payment now. It's fast and easy. Motor and Home insurance payments up to $5,000 can be made using Visa or MasterCard. Your reference number is displayed next to the ePay logo on your notice.

For covernotes and quotes, policy schedules will be posted within 5 days.

Flexi Premiums

All renewal payments can also be made in My Policy Manager. In My Policy Manager you will have access to AAMI's Flexi Premium options where you can reduce your premium by selecting a higher excess.

B Pay

Pay for your motor or home insurance using your cheque or savings account. Just quote AAMI's biller code 57331 and your Reference Number (located next to the B-Pay logo on your payment notice/account).

Phone

To pay your motor insurance renewal just dial 1300 364 274, or 1300 362 838 to renew your home insurance. You'll need your credit card details and renewal notice on hand when you call. You can also call 13 22 44, and an AAMI staff member will process your payment.

Mail

Complete your insurance renewal notice or Pay By Account slip and post it, along with a cheque covering your premium, to GPO Box 5356, Sydney 1176.

AAMI branch or post office

If you live or work near an Australia Post Office or AAMI branch, simply pop in during normal working hours and pay your insurance over the counter.
