AAMI's Consumer Appeals Service operates with the authority of the CEO of AAMI, and is independent of AAMI's state operations.
It provides an appeals service to customers who may have a dispute with us.
The services of AAMI's Consumer Appeals Service are now extended to cover all Repairers, providing you with effective, timely and independent dispute resolution.
Disputes arising prior to the completion of Repairs - Two day process
Disputes in the first instance should be raised with the local Assessing Supervisor or CSC Manager.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may request a review of this decision by contacting the AAMI Consumer Appeals Service.
Disputes arising after the completion of Repairs - 15 day process
If you are not satisfied with our response you may request a review of this decision by contacting the AAMI Consumer Appeals Service.
