AAMI Landlord Insurance provides building insurance for your rental property, and if you lease your rental property furnished, you can also choose to insure your landlord contents.

Complete Replacement Cover

We cover the insured damage or loss to your home buildings, whatever it costs to repair or rebuild them, with new materials and to the same size and standard. This is included as a standard feature on every AAMI Home Building insurance policy for no extra charge.

The quality of workmanship and the materials we use in any repair or rebuilding of your property are guaranteed for the life of the property. When we repair or rebuild your property, we will use new materials and take special care to match details such as colours and materials.
New for old protection on contents

If you rent your property furnished, AAMI can also cover the cost of repairing or replacing your contents. In the event they are stolen or can’t be repaired, AAMI will replace your everyday contents with new ones, no matter how old they are.

AAMI Strata Title Landlord Insurance

AAMI Strata Title Landlord insurance covers loss or damage to your landlord fixtures and fittings when caused by an event that we insure that is not otherwise insured by your body corporate’s insurance cover. When you lease your lot or unit partly or fully furnished, you can insure the contents you provide for your tenants use.
