AAMI Customer Charter 2012
The AAMI Customer Charter, makes 11 promises encompassing AAMI's commitment to always provide its customers with the highest standards of customer service. Failure to deliver on any of these promises results in a penalty payment.
Code of Practice
The General Insurance Code of Practice sets out a commitment by the general insurance industry to aim for the best standards of service possible, and to promote better relations between customers and insurers.
