If you are not satisfied with our response, please email the AAMI Consumer Appeals Service

You can also ring the Consumer Appeals Service on 1300 130 794 (toll free, local call costs apply) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Our Consumer Appeals Service will respond within five working days of receiving your email or call.

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH OUR CONSUMER APPEALS DECISION
 
You can appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman Service Limited is an independent industry dispute resolution scheme.
