AAMI Customer Response Team operational in Morayfield

By  AAMI

A mobile claims and assessment office has been established in Morayfield for AAMI customers affected by Friday’s storms and floods.

Located at the Grant Road Sports and Community Complex, 28 Grant Road in Morayfield, the Customer Response Team (CRT) is a fully self-sufficient mobile office which allows AAMI customers to lodge claims in person and access services including emergency funds and temporary accommodation.

The CRT will be operating daily from 9:00am – 7:00pm until this Friday 8th May.

AAMI spokesperson, Reuben Aitchison, said: “We understand that these can be very challenging times for residents whose homes and property have been significantly damaged by the wild weather,” he said.

“Having a Customer Response Team and claims staff on the ground following a major weather event allows customers to commence the claim process even if they don’t have access to power or telecommunications or if they’re unable to live in their home due to flood damage,” Mr Aitchison said.

If customers cannot get to the Morayfield CRT, they are encouraged to lodge claims online at www.aami.com.au to avoid call queues. AAMI’s call centre is also available 24 hours a day on 13 22 44.
