Due to a planned system upgrade, if your regular bank account direct debit payment is scheduled between 18 Feb – 20 Feb 2026, your payment will be processed slightly later, on or around 23 Feb 2026.
If you purchased a new instalment policy between 2 Feb 2026 – 20 Feb 2026 and your first credit card debit was due 20 – 26 Feb 2026, your payment will instead be processed on or around 27 Feb 2026.
This is a one-off delay, and direct debits will revert to their regular scheduled date after this upgrade.
No action is required from customers, other than ensuring there are sufficient funds in the nominated account on the new debit date. There will be no impact to your insurance coverage during this period.
