Receive a claims pack

We will send you a claims pack via email or mail with instructions on what you’ll need. Please return the completed claim form and required documents so we can start assessing your claim.

SECOND
Assessment

Our claims team will begin our assessment once we receive your claim form and required documents. We may take between 3–4 business days to assess your claim. However, the length of time can vary depending on the circumstances of the claim, the type, and how quickly we receive everything. We’ll keep you updated on progress of your claim.

THIRD
Decision

If your claim has been accepted, the first payment will be due one month after the claim waiting period Payment are made monthly in arrears.
