How do I update my direct debit/credit card details?
Whether you’ve gotten a new debit/credit card or your payment was declined due to incorrect details, you can easily update your information online through My Account. Simply log in, select ‘My policy list’, and find the policy you want to update your details for. From there, click on the link to ‘Update my policy’, then choose ‘Change payment details’.
Please note: payment details for Life Insurance and Income Protection can't be updated using our online system. Please call us on 13 22 44 if you need to change your direct debit details.
