Where can I get the details of my last renewal?
You should be able to access and download details of your last renewal by logging into My Account, provided that:
- you paid for your renewal in full
- the policy isn’t currently due for renewal, and
- there hasn't been any changes applied to your policy since its starting date,
After you log in, you’ll see a list of your policies under ‘Insured Policies List’. Select the one you want your renewal details for, click on the ‘Get documents’ tab, and there should be an option for a paid renewal document.
You have the freedom to select which email address you want your document to go to; it will default to the email address we have on file for you but you can easily change that in My Account also.
