What's covered

The Property Damage section of an AAMI Business Insurance policy provides cover for the following:

• Loss or damage to commercial buildings, contents and stock from insured events.
• Loss or damage to glass windows, signs and showcases at your property
• Rewriting of records if your business media is lost or damaged
• Environmental technology upgrades – such as solar panels – to property damaged or lost in an insured event
• Catastrophe inflation protection up to 20% of the insured amount of the building
• Damage to stock and contents temporarily removed from the premises due to an insured event
• Damage to landscaping – such as trees, shrubs and lawns – up to $10,000
