  • Portable & Valuable Items – for example, you accidentally damage your mobile phone while catering an event.
  • Back in Business – for example, a truck hits and damages your restaurant and you cannot trade, leading to lost revenue.
  • Tax Probe – for example, your business’s superannuation guarantee is audited and you need to pay your accountant’s fees.
  • Commercial Motor – for example, flood waters damage your food van.

What’s not covered

  • Dissatisfied customer – for example, your customer is dissatisfied with their food and demands a refund.
  • Wear and tear – for example,  your cooking equipment is getting old due to wear and tear and needs to be replaced.
  • Shoplifting – for example, a customer received their food or drink and left without paying.
  • Workers Compensation – for example, your employee is injured in your café. This would typically be covered under Workers Compensation Insurance.
