Free AAMI Roadside Assist Promotions

Up to 3 Years Free AAMI Roadside Assist Terms and Conditions – South Australia only

1. To qualify for up to 3 years of AAMI Roadside Assist optional cover at no extra cost (“Offer”), you must:
   1. hold and have paid for a Current Active Policy; and
   2. purchase a New Eligible Policy,
   with AAMI during the Eligibility Period and meet the other requirements prescribed in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Customer”).
2. Current Active Policies and the corresponding New Eligible Policies are listed in the table below in paragraph 5. The Eligibility Period during which the New Eligible Policy must be purchased is 1 August 2022 to 30 June 2023.
3. Where the New Eligible Policy is AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance
   For the Offer to be applied initially, the New Eligible Policy must be quoted and purchased during the Eligibility Period via the methods specified in paragraphs 3.a., 3.b. or 3.c, provided the Eligible Customer has first received a communication from AAMI making the Offer available to them:
   1. AAMI Contact Centre: the AAMI Contact Centre; or
   2. Online: the unique URL/web address for this Offer which is made available to Eligible Customers by AAMI; or
   3. Valid saved quote: a valid saved quote with the Offer applied.
   Where the New Eligible Policy is AAMI SA Compulsory Third Party (‘CTP’) Insurance
   For the Offer to be applied initially, the New Eligible Policy must commence with AAMI during the Eligibility Period via the method specified in paragraph 3.d, provided the Eligible Customer has first received a communication from AAMI making the Offer available to them:
   4. South Australia CTP – you must select AAMI as your CTP Insurer and pay for either a 1-month or 12-month policy term which commences within the Eligibility Period, when you renew your motor vehicle registration via EzyReg.
4. The Offer is:
   1. not applicable with any ‘Double Up Now and Save’ promotion or other promotional offers which may run from time to time;
   2. not applicable in conjunction with any staff or partner discount;
   3. only applicable for South Australia registered vehicles that are either vehicle class 1, 2, 51 or 52;
   4. only applicable for ‘private use’ vehicles for the purpose of AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance;
   5. only applicable where the Current Active Policy and the New Eligible Policy share the same South Australia vehicle registration number;
   6. not available if you already hold Comprehensive Car Insurance and CTP Insurance with AAMI for the same vehicle.
5. The Offer applies in situations tabulated here:
November 09^th, 2021 to February 28^th, 2022

6. For the Offer to be applied to your AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy for up to two (2) further periods of insurance, you must:
   1. continue to hold a paid AAMI SA CTP Insurance Policy on each subsequent renewal date of the AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy; and
   2. renew your AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy,
7. AAMI Roadside Assist is an optional extra only available in conjunction with AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance. There is no cover for AAMI Roadside Assist during the first 24 hours of the cover being added. Conditions and limits apply, including fuel value, towing distance and key assistance limits. Replacement battery cost is additional.
8. If you qualify for this Offer, the total premium payable by you for your AAMI Comprehensive Car Insurance policy with optional AAMI Roadside Assist selected will be discounted by the amount that would otherwise be payable by you for AAMI Roadside Assist. .
9. The discount will be applied to the premium before taxes and charges are added. If you are eligible for other discounts (in addition to this Offer), we will apply each discount in a predetermined order to the already discounted premium.
10. The Promoter and issuer of the Current Active Policies and Eligible Policies listed in the table above is AAI Limited ABN 48 005 297 807 trading as AAMI (AAMI). 11. AAMI reserves the right to:
    1. verify that an Eligible Customer satisfies these terms and conditions, including that they hold a Current Active Policy in order to be eligible for this Offer; and
    2. vary, amend, extend, cancel, or withdraw, all or part of this Offer at any time and without notice at AAMI’s sole discretion.
