How to make an Accidental Injury Insurance Policy claim


To lodge your claim, one of our friendly staff will be there to take care of you. Please have your policy number on hand as well as details of your injury on hand.

What happens after you make your claim


Receive a claims pack

Within 24 hours of receiving the call, we will mail, email or fax out a claims pack detailing what information we will need. Send the completed form and required documents back to us in the prepaid envelope included.

What you'll need



Assessment begins as soon as we’ve received your form and documents. Generally it takes 3-4 business days, however the length of time can vary depending on the circumstances of the claim, the type, and how quickly we receive everything. Our claims team will keep you updated of the progress each time we assess incoming documents and will assess each piece as quickly as possible.



Once the claim has been accepted, payment will usually be made within 2 business days, to the policy owner.

What you'll need

  • Medical statement completed by a registered medical practitioner;
  • A copy of imaging reports (x-ray or CT) confirming injury and
  • Certified copy of your birth certificate and any change of name documents (e.g. marriage certificate). If you do not have your birth certificate please provide a certified copy of your driver’s license or passport.
