You can easily resolve payment issues for home, car and landlord insurance in the AAMI App or using My Account.

Log in
Select 'Pay Now' on the reminder banner either on your My Account or in the app.
Make a payment
Fill out your payment details in the pop-up window. That's it!
There won’t be a ‘Pay Now’ button available if you have missed the window to make a one-off payment online or if you have more than one unpaid instalment. To ensure your payments stay up to date on your policy, please contact us.
A heads-up: you won’t be able to make a manual payment for the five business days after a direct debit attempt. If the payment still doesn’t work outside of this timeframe, you may need to update your payment details.
If a monthly instalment is overdue, we’ll let you know and we can cancel your policy either:
- by giving you at least 14 days advance notice of the date of cancellation
- without advance notice, once an instalment is one month (or more) overdue.
