How can it help you?
When developing the AAMI Virtual Assistant, the focus was on training it to recognize your most frequently asked questions. If you’re an existing customer, it can help you with most questions to do with payments, renewals, excesses, and updating your policy details via your online My Account. If you have a cover-related question, it will try and direct you to the most relevant page on the AAMI website, so you don’t have to go clicking around to get the information you’re looking for.
What is it best at right now?
It’s rather cluey about Car & Motor Insurance, understands a little bit about Home Insurance, and has a basic grasp of Life, Pet and Business insurance. At certain times of the day, and for certain queries, it will also give you the option to connect to a Live Agent so you can get help from a real human.
