What we can cover

If you do lawn mowing and garden maintenance, or run a landscape gardening business, Public & Products Liability Insurance (available under an AAMI Business Insurance policy) can provide cover for common third party injury and property damage risks:

  • A client accidentally trips on gardening tools left on the ground and is injured.
  • While digging in a client’s yard, you accidentally rupture a gas line.
  • A rock is thrown by a lawn mower, cracking a nearby car window.
  • Pavers you installed become loose, causing a trip hazard weeks after the job is completed.
  • You reverse your trailer into a client’s fence, damaging the structure.
