Any refund you may be entitled to will be paid to the same debit card, credit card or bank account used to pay for your policy. If you’ve cancelled or replaced the card that was used to pay the policy, don’t worry. In most cases, the payment will usually be forwarded on to the bank account which the card was linked to. If the amount hasn’t appeared in your account within five business days, please contact your financial institution.
Premium refund documents
You should receive an email containing your refund documents. If you have requested these documents by post or opted out of receiving them via email, you can expect to receive them within 5-10 business days.
How long does a premium refund take?
Please note that refunds may take approximately up to 2-5 business days to appear in your bank account, possibly longer due to weekends or public holidays.
