Product Disclosure Statement
This PDS applies to new policies purchased after 10 February 2014 and renewal policies commencing after 4 April 2014.

Update pursuant to ASIC Corporations Instrument 2016/1055

This is to be read in conjunction with your current PDS and SPDS.

Update Pursuant to ASIC Class Order 03/237

Effective for all policies when you buy, extend, vary or reinstate your policy on or after 16 November 2015 or if you renew on or after 28 December 2015.  It is to be read in conjunction with your current PDS and SPDS.

Sometimes, we may need to change the terms and conditions of a PDS, in which case we issue a supplementary PDS.

Certificate of Insurance

Confirmation of the insurance cover you purchased, including when it starts and ends, the type of insurance it is, and how much you paid. Sometimes referred to as your ‘Schedule’.
