Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
An important legal document that contains the terms and conditions of your cover, including what is and isn’t covered. Read it together with your Certificate of Insurance.

Key fact sheet
Offers a shorter version of what is and isn't covered, without being a complete statement of your cover.  Read it together with the PDS and your Certificate of Insurance.

Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS)
Sometimes, we may need to change the terms and conditions of a PDS, in which case we issue a supplementary PDS.

Premiums, Excess, Discounts & Claims Payments guide (PED Guide)
Explains how we calculate premiums, the excesses that apply, any discounts and how we pay claims. Read it together with the PDS.

Certificate of Insurance

Confirmation of the insurance cover you purchased, including when it starts and ends, the type of insurance it is, and how much you paid. Sometimes referred to as your ‘Schedule’.
