Will I be covered by my Landlord Insurance if my tenant stops paying the rent but does not leave my property?

If you have an existing AAMI Landlord Insurance policy and you purchased Tenant Protection as an optional cover, you may be covered for loss of rent. You must have taken all reasonable steps legally available to you to remedy non-payment and/or evict the tenant (if possible).
