What is CTP?

Compulsory Third Party (CTP) is insurance attached to the registration of your vehicle,
which provides protection to the at fault driver, against compensation claims from people injured in a motor vehicle accident. 

 

It is required by all drivers to register their vehicles in NSW & the ACT.

Injuries to road users including other drivers, passengers, pedestrians, cyclists, motorbike riders and pillion passengers.

CTP does not cover damage to your vehicle, other vehicles or property.
