Things you should know
^Based on monthly claimant surveys conducted by the SA CTP Regulator since May 2019. Claimants rate their experience with the insurer managing their claim from 0 to 100. These results are used to calculate an overall Claimant Service Rating (CSR) for each insurer. AAMI has held the highest/equal highest CSR score more frequently than any other licensed CTP insurer in South Australia since implementation of CSR. For more information, visit the CTP Regulator’s website.
