What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered. That is, loss or damage due to an uninsured event or any part of the building that is not in good condition or has wear, tear or deterioration. We also do not cover loss or damage to or caused by poorly designed and non-approved external structures, like decks, gazebos or carports, without obtaining appropriate permits and that do not meet building laws or regulations.
