Accidental damage at home
Accidents happen every day – including in and around the home. Accidents like tripping on the rug and putting a hole into your plasterboard, as you try to break your fall. So, it's nice to know that if this happens, the accidental damage is covered by your AAMI 'Accidental damage at home' cover. You can add 'Accidental damage at home' cover to your AAMI Home Building Insurance for an extra premium. Read the PDS for details of what is and isn’t covered.
What’s covered
When you have accidental damage optional building cover, we cover the building for accidental loss or accidental damage – for example breaking or damaging something - at the insured address during the period of insurance.
