What’s not covered
We do not cover any building or part of a building which is legally part of a strata title building according to the applicable strata laws in your State or Territory under AAMI Home Building Insurance.
For the sake of clarity, ‘strata title’ means any form of land title which allows for multiple individual titles to exist in or on a block of land where the common property is held under a single separate title.
