What’s not covered
We do not cover loss or damage to any part of the building under AAMI Home Building Insurance which is used for farming of any description (including buildings used for hobby farms), such as, but not limited to, a barn, dairy, shearing shed, silo or stable.
This limitation does not include any building which could be used for farming but is not used for that purpose. For example, if you have retrofitted a barn as your home, it will be excluded from this limitation, provided you list it as your insured address.
