There’s nothing better than having a swim in your pool on a warm summer’s day or a relaxing soak in your spa on a cool evening. It’s comforting to know that your fixed swimming pools and spas can be insured for loss or damage due to an insured event under AAMI Home Building Insurance.
What's covered
We cover fixed swimming pools and spas at the insured address. That includes their pumps and accessories.
What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered. For example, our home building policy does not cover inflatable or portable swimming pools and spas, and their accessories. We also don’t cover water seeping or running down the sides or underneath swimming pools or spas. You can learn more about other exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement.
