COVERED
Some of us are lucky enough to have a place to practice, train, and play tennis at our homes. It’s comforting to know that tennis courts and other sporting surfaces can be insured under AAMI Home Building Insurance.
What's covered
We cover tennis courts and sporting surfaces at the insured address but do not cover them if they do not meet building laws or regulations or are not in good condition.
What’s not covered
We do not cover any part of the building that is not in good condition or has wear, tear or deterioration. Further, we do not cover some losses where building extensions, alterations or renovations are incomplete.
There are also instances where you are not covered, such as in certain insured events (e.g. Flood, Storm or Storm Surge) or under optional ‘Accidental damage at home’ cover.
