How do I update my direct debit/credit card details?
You can make sure your credit card details are current and correct through your AAMI online account. All you have to do is log in, click on ‘My policy list’, choose the policy you want to update your details for, click on ‘Update my policy’, then ‘Change payment details’.
Will I need to pay an excess if I make a claim?
If you make a claim, you might need to pay one or more excesses. You can find out more about these excesses and when they apply in your relevant business insurance PDS.
