How to make a claim after severe weather

If you've been impacted by severe weather, we recommend lodging your claim online or via the AAMI app as soon as you can. If you haven’t claimed online or used the app before, consider reading our simple guide to AAMI online services.

You can still make a claim over the phone, but please keep in mind contact centre delays are common during periods following extreme weather.
