How do I make a catch up payment?
If you’ve applied for a payment extension for your monthly home and motor insurance instalment, you can make a catch-up payment via your My Account by following these steps:
- Log in to your My Account
- Select the relevant policy from your policy list
- On the policy overview, select ‘View policy’;
- Click the ‘Pay now’ button in the banner at the top of your policy summary screen to make a manual payment.
For all other policy types, or if you can’t see this banner on your policy summary screen, please call 13 22 44.
