From 20 January 2022, AAMI Lucky Club can only be used to access eGift cards you have already purchased. You will not be able to purchase new eGift cards.
- Don’t lose your unused eGift cards
Your existing eGift cards will not rollover to the new rewards program. To save them, take a screenshot of your barcode and PIN. If using a desktop, you can save them as a PDF or print them.

Make sure you spend it before 20 January 2022.

AAMI Lucky Club as you know is winding down to make way for an exciting new rewards program coming in 2022! eligible customers can continue shopping for discounted eGift cards until 20 January 2022. After that, you will only be able to access any eGift cards you have already purchased. You will not be able to purchase any new eGift cards. In the meantime, eligible AAMI Customers can continue to enjoy access to AAMI event perks here. Access to the platform will close on 27 March 2022.
We send customers AAMI emails with new and current offers.
Eligible customers should receive offer emails automatically. If you are concerned that you are not hearing from us, please check:
- We have your current email address

Yes, you can continue to enjoy special offers, access to event perks like priority entry, premium viewing or pre-sales by clicking on the tiles above and following the link to your desired AAMI event or offer. Otherwise click here to view a full list of current offers.
Any tickets you have already purchased to an AAMI Lucky Club event are still valid and will not be affected by the changes to AAMI Lucky Club. Make sure you hold onto your tickets until your event date, please contact our support team on 1300 458 071 if you require further assistance.
No, your eGift cards and eWallet cash will not be carried across to the new rewards program. Therefore, it is important to spend your current eWallet funds and save your eGift cards before the program closes. Your eGift card will be valid until its expiry date. Just take a screenshot of your barcode and PIN. If using your computer, you can save them as a PDF or print them.
Accessing the new program will be available in the same way through either the AAMI App or through My Account on your computer.
All eGift Cards purchased before AAMI Lucky Club switches off will continue to be valid until their expiry date. If you experience any issues with your eGift card, please contact our support team on 1300 458 071 for further assistance.
Access to AAMI Lucky Club will permanently close on 27 March 2022 so it is important you access the program before this to screenshot or print any eGift cards for future use.
You can load additional fund into your eWallet to allow you to make a purchase. We recommend you check the discounted price of the gift card you wish to purchase before loading funds to ensure you don't load more than you need. Remember it can take up to 3 business days for funds to appear in your eWallet.
Yes, eligible customers can continue to shop our discounted eGift cards and use eWallet funds until 20 January 2022. After that, AAMI Lucky Club can only be used to access existing eGift cards.
If using a smartphone or tablet you can simply take a screenshot of the barcode and PIN, or if using a computer, you can save your eGift card to PDF or print it out.
Customers with the following AAMI policies are eligible for AAMI Lucky Club®: Any Car and Vehicle policies, Home and/or Contents, including Landlord and Strata, Life, Income Protection, Health (access via My Account), and Travel (access via the AAMI App).
